PA MEDI is a free, trusted resource to assist you in enrolling in the most comprehensive coverage available. The Pennsylvania State Health Insurance Program, PA MEDI services are available to individuals 65 and over and those under age 65 who are disabled and receiving Medicare.The PA MEDI Program helps you navigate through Medicare Health Insurance, Prescription Coverage, Medicare Cost Sharing Programs, and Supplemental Insurance options. The aim is to assist you in making informed decisions regarding your health coverage and ensuring that you select the most cost efficient insurance plans available. You can learn about eligibility for other available benefits that could save you money on your Parts B (Medical) and D (Prescription) Premiums, get assistance with your Medicare questions, get help with the enrollment process and get help with completing necessary paperwork.
PA MEDI Counselors and Volunteers, are specially trained by representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. You can meet one-on-one with an PA MEDI Counselor at numerous community sites throughout Delaware County or participate in one of the many PA MEDI Information and Education Presentations offered on ZOOM or available through SCS’ YouTube channel (click here).
